01

Overview

At Jet Rank Media, we aim to provide professional digital marketing, website development and related digital services based on the agreed project scope.

Because our services may involve strategy, research, planning, creative work, development, advertising setup, content production and other work performed specifically for a client, refund eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the service.

02

Payments & Deposits

Before starting a project, Jet Rank Media may require an advance payment, deposit or other agreed initial payment.

The applicable payment schedule, project scope and commercial terms may be confirmed through a proposal, quotation, invoice, agreement or written communication.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Work may begin only after the required initial payment has been received.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate payment.
  • Taxes, advertising budgets, third-party software and platform charges may be billed separately where applicable.
03

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the service purchased, the amount of work completed and the terms agreed before commencement.

Where a service has not yet started and no substantial work has been performed, Jet Rank Media may consider a refund subject to any applicable administrative costs or other agreed terms.

Once substantial work has been completed, the amount already paid may not be refundable because resources, time and professional work have already been committed to the project.

Important

Payment for digital marketing services does not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, sales result or advertising performance.

04

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation by contacting Jet Rank Media in writing.

If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client may remain responsible for payment corresponding to work already completed or costs already incurred.

Where a project has been substantially completed, cancellation will generally not create an entitlement to a full refund.

If a recurring service is cancelled, the cancellation will normally apply to future billing periods and will not automatically reverse payments already made for services already delivered.

05

Non-Refundable Services & Costs

Certain services or expenses may be non-refundable once work or expenditure has begun.

  • Completed SEO research, audits and strategy work.
  • Website design or development work already completed.
  • Content, graphics, creative assets or other custom work already produced.
  • Advertising budgets already spent on third-party advertising platforms.
  • Third-party software, hosting, domain, subscription or platform costs already purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Services already delivered or substantially completed.
06

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, Jet Rank Media may review a refund request outside the standard terms described above.

Any exception is considered at the discretion of Jet Rank Media and does not establish an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.

Where a written service agreement or proposal contains specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

REFUND POLICY GUIDE

Understanding Our Refund Policy.

The following guidance explains how clients can read the policy and understand the relationship between scope, payments, completed work and cancellation requests.

A refund policy for digital services needs to account for the fact that professional work can begin before a finished deliverable is visible. Research, strategy, planning, advertising setup, content production, design and development can all require time and resources. For that reason, the refund policy evaluates a request based on the service purchased, the work completed and the commercial terms agreed before work begins.

Clients should review the agreed scope, proposal, quotation, invoice or written commercial communication before purchasing a service. These documents can contain the payment schedule, project scope and other terms that apply to the engagement. Keeping those records makes it easier for both the client and Jet Rank Media to understand what was agreed.

An advance payment or deposit may be required before work starts. The policy explains that payments should follow the agreed schedule and that additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate payment. Taxes, advertising budgets, third-party software and platform charges can also be separate where applicable.

Refund eligibility is not automatic. A request is reviewed case-by-case, taking into account the service, the amount of work completed and the terms agreed before commencement. Where substantial work has already been completed, the policy explains why amounts already paid may not be refundable.

Cancellation should be requested in writing. If cancellation happens after work has started, the client may remain responsible for completed work or costs already incurred. For recurring services, cancellation normally affects future billing periods and does not automatically reverse payments for services already delivered.

Some expenses are specifically identified as potentially non-refundable after work or expenditure begins. These include completed SEO research and strategy work, completed website development, custom content or creative work, advertising budgets already spent and third-party software, hosting, domain, subscription or platform costs already purchased for the client.

The policy also recognises exceptional circumstances. Jet Rank Media may review an exceptional refund request outside the standard terms, but an exception is discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.

A refund request should include enough information to identify the engagement, such as the client’s name and contact information, invoice or project reference where available, the service purchased and the reason for the request. Providing complete information helps the review process move efficiently.

This page describes Jet Rank Media’s commercial refund terms. It is not a substitute for legal advice and does not remove any rights or obligations that may apply under mandatory law. If a written service agreement contains specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
